I started this role at the beginning of June, and know I have found my calling. I have completed 150+ closings since the beginning of July as a full-time signing agent, and plan on completing many many more. I dont leave forms blank, and I guide the signer through each and every step. I even give a small lecture on the legibleness of the signature, and clarity of the dates.
