I provide service by appointment and subject to prior fee agreement between the parties.
Loan Signing Fee's are as follows:
$150 - $350 depending how many pages the loan document is and depending if you require fax backs or not, and depending on the distance I must drive. To drive 10-25 miles in LA is usually 45 minutes to and hour.

Cover Los Angeles County and San Fernando Valley and Ventura County. I can accept last-minute work upon availability.
I will come to your house, office, café, hospital or any other agreed upon location. Call me for all your mobile notary and loan signing service needs. I do not accept walk in appointments.
For Individual Who find me online: General Notary Public Services: $15 per signature by CA Statute. Mobile Service fee will be added In addition to signature witnessing fee, which depends on the distance I will drive. Call for a quote for your specific needs.
Mobile Service fees are:
1-14 miles $50
15-25 miles $85
26-35 miles $125

If you need services after 7:30 p.m the night fee is $175
For Language skills I charge $60 fee.
