My name is Dina Dennis and I am a Notary Public and loan signing agent for the state of California.

I established a Mobile Notary Service to assure clients that hiring a notary will be stress-free and receive timely service resulting in accurate documentation. I pride myself on my professionalism with every client, whether it's a signing service, attorney, lender, escrow, or a general notary request.

My General Notary Services are for various institutions including hospitals, extended care facilities, banks and lending, real estate companies, title and escrow companies, legal and business offices.

I will always confirm that I've received your work order, confirm with the signers/borrowers the signing date, time, and location, and let you know as soon as the job has been completed and what, if any issues occurred. I guarantee my work and will make sure it is accurate and if for any reason it is not, then I will re-do the work immediately at no charge.

My areas of mobile services include North County Coastal and San Diego Inland.

I will offer services outside of San Diego County for Flat Travel fee. (See Fee Structure below)

NOTARY FEEs: $15 per notarized signature for general notary work. (This fee is set by the Secretary of State of CA)
Administration of Oath/Affirmation $5.00
Travel fees for North County communities $25.00. Reduced charge with multiple signatures. Travel fee for surrounding counties is $25.00. (Orange and Riverside)

LOAN SIGNINGS: Reasonable flat fee of $150 for single signer/$200 for couple. this takes into account travel fee, fax backs, number of packages printed, approximate size of loan package, number of signers, etc.
