I am a full-time notary/loan signing agent with more than 4000 signings under my belt. I complete orders for signing services, escrow, and title offices. I carry $100,000 E&O insurance policy. I am trained and certified by both the National Notary Association and The Loan Signing System. As a modern loan signing agent I keep technology (laptop, cell phone, dual tray printer, mobile printer, etc...) up to date and current. Once I receive your docs I will review them and text if there are any questions. My goal is to help facilitate the transaction with as little stress as possible to the borrower and the agency that employs me. I was also a real estate agent from 2005-2010 and I know how things can get at the signing table. I have the knowledge and experience to carefully guide your client through the final stage of the transaction. I always check the instructions before we start and double check the package before I leave.
I am located in Chino Hills/ San Bernardino county. Which means I am right next to LA, Orange, Riverside Counties 35min from where I need to be.
