• I understand that I am an extension of your company and I will represent you professionally at the closing table.
• I read all signing instructions thoroughly.
• I understand that every company has specific document requirements.
• With strong attention to detail, I check each document multiple times during and after the signing. I triple check for signatures, initials, stamps and dates. I am fully aware that even one error can cause issues and delay funds.
• I know how to walk a client through each closing document clearly. I go above and beyond to ensure a smooth, accurate, and professional signing from start to finish.
• Scanbacks are sent after closing (within two hours). I have a mobile scanner. If required, Drop Offs are made upon approval of scans.
• I do not miss FedEx / UPS drop-off times. Documents are returned same-day unless the signing occurs late- in that case, they are delivered the next day.
• I understand that, on rare occasions, if I make a mistake, it will be fixed asap.
• I will keep you informed throughout the whole process. I understand the entire process, the importance of accuracy, and the value of clear communication to ensure a smooth transaction and a happy client.
