I am working as a full time certified signing agent providing mobile notary services to mortgage lenders, brokers, title companies, and signing companies. I have been a certified nsa since 2003 and a member of the national notary association since 1998. I am fully insured and bonded.
I have successfully completed more than 500 loan signingsd and worked closely with several mortgage lenders, title companies, brokers, and siging companies.
I have worked within the real estate industry as a mortgage loan processor for 15+ years with a major mortgage lending bank. My duties as a mortgage loan processor included:loan origination, full income and credit investitgations and analysis, drawing loan documents, loan packaging, conduct loan closings and loan fundings.
Education - i am attending fresno city college and have successfully earned 75 credits. Major - business with real estate as an secondary option.
Upon completion i will receive my state licensing as a residential property appraiser.
