Although I am new to loan signing, I am not new to working with clients and directing them through important documents offering guidance and explanation or calling out important elements of the documents at hand. I have previous experience as a Realtor, where I have walked clients through signing both purchase and selling contracts as well as current experience as a Regional Property Manager where I regularly execute lease documents with tenants guiding them through signing of the leases and all rental documents. On a personal level I have been in loan signings for my personal residences for purchases and many refinances and am very knowledgeable on the procedures and what is happens during a signing appointment.
