I have done many signings for Fidelity Title, Chicago Title, First American Title, Old Republic Title, Advantage Title, Silk Title, Loan Depot, Quicken, Schools First CU, Cardinal Financial, etc. I cover the counties of Riverside, San Bernardino, as well as some parts of Los Angeles, and Orange counties within a 30-mile radius. I am NNA background checked with a $1M E&O coverage. I further take weekly notary training to improve my notary skills. My mobile office setup allows me to take last-minute signings and print or scan on the go. Fluent in English and Tagalog/Filipino.
