I will thoroughly review each document twice to ensure that all the signatures, initials and dates are correct with special attention given to those critical documents, The Notice of Right to Cancel and the 1003.

Since no loan signing is complete until documents are correctly checked in, I will not delay in their prompt execution and return and, if in the outside chance that an error has occurred, I will consider it “Priority One!” and stop immediately to correct the deficiency.
