I take time to triple check vital documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly. I am accountable for all my work and know how vital timing is for closing loans, each signing completion is my utmost priority. If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I am doing and fix it for you ASAP. I am familiar with local Fedex and UPS drop locations and times to ensure documents will be returned promptly as soon as the signing is complete and I will keep you informed throughout the whole process.
