In addition to being a notary public since 1980, I worked for a title company in the escrow department from 1999 until 2008. I was an escrow officer from 2003 until 2008. During that time, I performed a multitude of loan document signings. Since 2008 I have continued to do loan document signings for lenders and title companies. I have a Certified Signing Agent designation with the National Notary Association, have completed a background check, and carry a $100,000 E & O policy.
