My one-item signing fee is $75.00: additional sets of docs are $40.00 each. There is a $25.00 fee for the handling of e-docs.    my ability to put your client at ease comes from my teaching background, which has provided me the opportunity to build rapport with people from all backgrounds, languages and lifestyles.I currently service fresno, kings, madera, merced, mariposa, tulare, and san benito counties. I charge $.44 per mile outside a 15-mile radious from my home and i can service throughout northern california upon request. I have my errors and omissions insurance and a copy is available upon request.
