I would like to introduce myself; my name is Tammy Belenda Fleming; the name of my business is Tammy’s Notary Service.

I am a new Loan Signing agent and mobile Notary, I have been in the Real Estate field as an active Real Estate Broker for over 21 years and have extensive contract, disclosure knowledge and customer Service.

I am now a full time Notary and Loan Signing agent and along with it all my focus and energy. I know that having and keeping great client relationships is what it is all about. You and your clients are my number one priority. I am dedicated to making sure everyone involved has an excellent experience.

Printing large packages and scan backs are not a problem as I have top of the line equipment, computer, dual tray printer and scanner, a mobile scanner if needed. I will make sure prompt delivery of every package, whether it is a drop off or scan back, I will make sure that all deadlines are met.

I have trained through NNA and LSS and extensively on my own. I will continue my education and keep up to date on all practices. I have proven my honesty, integrity and professionalism through my long real estate career and will continue to surpass my client’s expectations in my new one. As a Notary Public I will do my job and serve to the best of my abilities,
