I am very detailed orientated. I come from a Paralegal background, so I am aware of tight deadlines and how important they are. I know that loan documents as a practice should be scanned back as soon as the documents are signed and then mailed immediately. I also understand the letters of explanation must be signed by the borrowers even if there is no signature line. I know that the following documents need to be signed: profit and loss statement, home insurance policy, tax returns, mortgage payoff statement, per diem disbursement. Also if there is a subordinate agreement (not always in packet) means there is some other lean on the property; privacy policy document -box needs to be signed and box checked if they do not want their information shared; and I know how to prepare and notarize all documents that required to be notarized.
