I have over 24 years experience as a signing agent and 5 years prior as a loan officer. I ran a signing service starting in 1998 until recently, when I decided to go to the notary only side. I have done more signings than I can respectfully guess-well over 5,000. I have also taught the CA required notary exam along with teaching signing agent training. I feel confident in saying I am one of the most qualified notaries to do loan signings. This is all I have done for the last 24 years. I know each and every document and can explain any of them if need be. I know what to say and I know what NOT to say. I am easy to work with and will exceed all expectations.
