I make sure as every notary should that all forms are filled out completely – I understand it is important the all forms are returned to you completely filled out, whether that be the PCOR, statement of information, trust certification, or disbursements of proceeds.

I make sure to get frequently missed signatures – Items such as the top signature line on the front page of the 1003 and the initial for joint applications on the new form, the top of the second page the FHA or VA loan application.
