I am a Notary Public with a background in accounting and some mortgage experience. I have received a certification for loan signing through Masters Notary Academy. I have been background checked through the State of California, FBI, Department of Justice and also through Crimcheck. I carry a $100,000 E & O policy. I travel to all of south and central Orange County areas. I am available weekdays, weeknights and Saturdays. I will consider last minute signings if I am able to review the documents prior to the appointment. I always confirm appointments and verify that all of the borrowers will be present with proper I.D. I present the most important documents first; i.e. Deed of Trust, Note, HUD, etc. in order to identify any issues or questions that need to be addressed. I always triple check my work for missing signatures or initials and to make sure notarized documents are properly completed prior to shipping.
