I have over 20 years experience in title & escrow business and 15 years as an NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent. I am familiar with purchase, refi, construction, business and reverse mortgage loans.
I am capable of accepting e-docs with a dual tray laser printer and also have a fax available. My fees are reasonable and negotiable.
My minimum fee for a purchase/refi transaction is $125 and $150 for Reverse Mtg. I charge additional fees for round trip mileage over 50 miles.
