I am an NNA certified notary signing agent. I formerly worked with First Merced Mtg. doing loan applications, processing and signing docks when needed so I am versed in signing loan documents for both buyers and sellers. I am also a licensed realtor in Merced, Calif. having worked with builders, buyers, sellers on the purchase of single family residence 1-4 units and am training in the commercial segment of leasing and selling property as well as assisting with property mgt. I hold multiple certifications as a realtor. I also serve as the Atwater Chamber of Commerce President. In addition I also work with various youth organizations such as Atwater PAL and Atwater Youth Leadership. I hold a BS degree in criminology while presently employed in law enforcement maintaining qualifications in this field that are to numerous to list.
