In addition, I have had my real estate license for over 30 years, and have a thorough understanding of the various types of loan documents, enabling me to streamline, and confidently guide your clients through the document signing process.

I comply to an annual background screening through the NNA, carry $100,000 in Errors & Omission Insurance (E & O) and am Bonded.

For your convenience, I provide document pick-up and drop-off service, ensuring that your documents are returned promptly, and whenever possible, immediately after the signing is complete.
I am eDocs capable, use a dual-tray laser printer, I have reliable transportation, and I am prompt and professional.
