I just recently got my notary. With that said I have been doing real estate for the past 8 years and I’m very familiar with loan documents. I am also certified as a loan signing agent. The signings I have completed since I obtained my notary are loan doc’s, unclaimed property and living trust. The counties I cover in California are orange, Los Angeles, San Diego and riverside. I’m also a retired Los Angeles county deputy sheriff.
