My job as your signing agent is to ensure that your borrower has a great signing experience.

Each document is reviewed to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are properly filled out and complete. Key documents are re-checked to ensure completeness and that all notarized documents have a clear, visible seal.

You will be kept informed throughout the process and the completed documents will be returned to you promptly and on time.

If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I am doing and fix it as soon as possible. You may rest assured that you will receive a quality signing with me. I look forward to adding value to the signing process.
