I have been a notary for about 3 years but have worked in Mortgage Lending for 12 years and in Title for 1 year. While working for a Mortgage Lending broker, I was a loan processor who handled docs for FHA, VA, Reverse Mortgages and Hard Money lending. Currently, I work for a Large Title company on a Title unit and work closely with recordings so I am familiar with county requirements for recordable documents. I am friendly and love meeting clients at notary signings. I'm able to reassure and explain documents since I have worked on the processing end for many years.
