- I will thoroughly read and adhere to all instructions.
- I commit to arriving to every appointment on-time. I will contact your company and the buyer if I am running late.
- I will always print as per the instructions. No double-sided printing. I will print letter and/or legal based on what is required.
- As instructed, I will provide the signer(s) with a copy of the documents for their files.
- I will scan documents in a timely manner.
- All documents will be dropped off at the shipping company the same day for daytime and early evening appointments and at opening the next morning for late evening appointments.
- I will not rush or pressure the client. I will assist the client in contacting your company to answer any questions or concerns. I do not provide legal advice.
- All notarizations will happen AT the signing appointment and will be done in accordance with the laws of the state of California.
