I will provide signing with a copy of documents, and in original sizes sent to me.
I will scanback as requested, sign with colored ink requested
I will gather required documents and scan back.
I will not rush or pressure signer to sign the documents.
I will not give advice on how or if they should sign.
I will notarized at the signing.
I will notarize only if we witness the signer signing the documents.
