I patiently and meticulously go over each and every document guiding the borrower through them to ensure that information, signatures, dates, and initials are properly filled out, complete, and legible. I also triple check key documents such as the Note, Closing Disclosure, Grant Deed, Certificate of Trust, Deed of Trust, Notice of Right to Cancel and Form 1003.
If on a rare occasion there is a mistake I take care of it immediately. The documents will be returned promptly and on time as soon as the signing is complete, I am aware of my local FedEx drop-off times and will definitely keep you informed throughout the process because I know communication is very important.
