I have been in the mortgage industry for the past 17 years, started as a loan processor, continued as a loan officer assistant, and moved up to a loan officer. In my field I am required to be NMLS and DRE approved, however, I am looking for flexibility in my schedule. My current position requires me to review loan documents and notarized documents on a daily basis to ensure documents are signed and notarized correctly in order to fund home loans. I have had my notary license on and off for over 15 yrs and even trained one of our top notaries in my old company to teach him how to notarize documents so we could provide him with our business.

In the past 17 years, I have worked directly with many of the escrow officers through San Diego County and have worked with several mortgage companies. I have assisted with the preparation of loan documents, printing, getting them ready for clients to come in to sign in my office. Due to the nature of the mortgage industry I was not allowed to be the notary myself, however, I was there during countless signings answering questions. I have packaged the documents and assisted in all aspects of the closing.

In my current position, I am able to do signings and my schedule allows me to do so, at this time I am open all day on weekends and after 5 p.m. during weekdays. Starting January 1, 2020 I will be available all day every day.
