I confirm appointments with signers via call and text, arrive promptly (often early), and keep you informed of any schedule changes. Prior to each signing, I review the docs for potential issues before printing. During the appointment, I provide brief, clear summaries of key documents, highlight important details, and verify that all signatures, dates, initials, and notarizations are correct.

I double check documents during the signing and triple check before completing scanbacks, which I upload with 1-2 hours. When required, I wait for scanback approval and prioritize same-day drop-offs, always returning packages in the correct stacking order.
