I love what I am learning about consumer real estate documents and educating signers while at the closing table. I am able to combine my experience as a contact manager and paralegal to guide signers through technical questions that may arise. I have become well versed in understanding Trust Certification and Preliminary Change of Ownership Report (PCOR) documents. My goal is to get through the signing identifying where to find answers from the loan package. I carry a mobile scanner to ensure quick turn around for scan backs.
