I am a Notary Public and a Loan Signing Agent, I have been doing this since 2005 and I have closed 7000 loans. I love what I do and keep up with the training. I have experience with refinances, purchases, lines of credit, loan modification sellers packages, commercial loans, and cash purchases. I love what I do I try to do my best and when I make errors because we all do at some point I will go back and fix them.
In my area, the last pickup with FedEx in California is 6 pm, and out of State is 5 pm. UPS is the last pickup no matter where is 5 pm, I do not use drop boxes.
