I am also a Certified Signing Agent serving Santa Clarita Valley as well as the San Fernando Valley, and nearby region. Well experienced with all mortgage transactions including refinance, purchase, seller, and reverse mortgage. Also equipped to meet with clients who are establishing or amending a Trust and Will as I currently work with Trust/Estate Attorneys to notarize and witness documents. My time as a mobile notary has also allowed me to work with automotive dealerships to help conduct auto purchases.
