I will make certain that your borrower has a smooth signing experience. I go over each document meticulously to make sure that signatures, dates and initials are completely filled out properly. I triple check my work and key documents to prevent mistakes, but on the very rare occasion a mistake is made I will drop everything to fix it ASAP. All signing documents will be returned on time and promptly as soon as the signing is complete.
