I became a Mobile Notary/Signing Agent for several reasons. The first being I love people. I thoroughly enjoy meeting new people. Not only meeting and getting to know them but also helping them secure, what may be, the largest financial transaction of their life. This is a perfect business for me.

I work really hard to make sure my part of their transaction goes as smoothly as I can. I know my role in securing a loan and purchasing real estate. I know what I do is time sensitive and accuracy is critical. Accuracy is my ultimate goal so i check my documents 2 or 3 times before sealing them into the return envelope!

I always want the loan to close on time so that everyone involved in the loan process, (escrow officer, loan officer, title officer, etc.) gets paid in a timely manner and the borrower is happy with the service they received.

I’ve completed three Signing Agent trainings: National Notary Association (where I also receive my background check), Sign & Thrive with Notary Coach Bill Soroka and Notary2Pro with Carol Ray.
