I pay close attention to detail – I work hard to never miss dates, initials, or signatures. I go through each page before, during, and after meeting with the client(s) for there signing.

Impartial and educated – I make sure your borrower knows what they are signing by guiding them through the loan docs.

Forms filled out completely – I understand it is important the all forms are returned to you completely filled out, whether that be the PCOR, statement of information, trust certification, or disbursements of proceeds.

I make sure to get frequently missed signatures – Items such as the top signature line on the front page of the 1003, the top of the second page the FHA or VA loan application.
