In his prior roles, Nathan primarily focused on underwriting and closing commercial real estate and hard money residential loan transactions. He is intimately familiar with all loan documents, including all disclosure documents, as well as the process of closing and funding a loan. As part of his professional history, Mr. DeSa developed experience in resolving Title issues, examining Closing Disclosures and Loan Estimates for accuracy, and reviewing loan documents for appropriate signatures and document execution. He understands the importance of closing and funding deadlines and is acutely aware of the significance of appropriately signed documents and timely return of those documents.
