I am a notary and NNA certified Notary Signing Agent although I am new to the industry I have an extensive amount of experience in the real property industry I have been part of many real estate purchase and sale transactions of residential and commercial properties as both buyer and seller. I have also been an integral part of acquiring loans from negotiating terms for conventional and hard money throughout the closing process and know the documents that are used for them. I am often asked to assist others with their lending needs. I also have experience with 1031 exchanges and how they are part of the closing process. I am also knowledgeable about matters of title as to vesting, preliminary title reports regarding legal descriptions. I serve the San Fernando valley area and outside of it when necessary.
