Having worked on the lending side, I am highly familiar with loan documents and understand the common errors that can occur during signings—mistakes that often lead to additional conditions, funding delays, or the need for document corrections. This background allows me to conduct signings with accuracy, attention to detail, and efficiency.

I also have a clear understanding of the professional boundaries of a loan signing agent and recognize the importance of remaining impartial by refraining from explaining or interpreting loan documents beyond the scope of my role.
