I go over each and every document precisely to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are completed and properly filled out. I also triple check key documents such as Notice Of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly.

If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I am doing and fix it for you ASAP.

Documents will be returned promptly and on time as soon as I am done with the signing. I made it my duty to know all my local FedEx drop off times and I will keep you informed throughout the whole process.
