Hiring me for your signing will ensure that your borrower has a great
signing experience!

I meticulously go over each and every document to ensure that signatures, dates and initials are complete and properly filled out.

I complete ALL documents in the package including PCOR's and Trust Certifications ECT ECT. I understand along with providing quality signings, my job is to make the Escrow & Loan Officer's job easier.

If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I'm doing and fix it for you ASAP! Accountability and great working relationships is everything to me.

The documents will be returned promptly and on time as soon as the signing is complete ( I know all my local FedEx drop off times ) I will keep you informed throughout the whole process.
