Along with being Fidelity Approved, I have close to 5 years of loan signing experience combined with one year as a Loan Officer Assistant, and I know and understand the importance of a perfect signing. I walk borrowers through all of the loan documents thoroughly, efficiently, and professionally. I am educated and can answer questions your borrower may have. When working with me, borrowers feel comfortable with the closing statement, note, deed of trust, and closing disclosures and fill them out completely and perfectly. I understand that you need loan documents back immediately. I always drop off the loan documents after a signing is completed.
