I willingly travel to most destinations, providing mobile notary services to individuals and businesses in Residences, Offices Buildings, Airports, Assisted Living Communities, and other convenient locations. I specialize in on-call emergency, very early, very late, last minute, regular business hours, after hours, and weekend notarizations. I complete all types of notarizations, from single-page signatures to full sets of loan documents. I use a dual tray laser printer for accurate PDF paper sizes, provide a complete document copy to signers, will scan or fax back as requested and follow all lender instructions provided. I have a certificate from the State of Colorado, Department of State for commission as a Notary Public and I have completed Colorado Notary training. I am also NNA certified, possess E&O, and am a Background-Screened signing agent.
