I've previously held a mortgage license and real estate license in the State of Iowa. I'm Life, Disability Life Insurance Licensed and a real estate investor. I've closed over 40 of my own real estate transactions and previous was a referral agent for Estate Planning Legal Services for Estate Planning Documents. Recent transplant to Colorado, I'm a full-time Notary Signing Agent and would like to serve title company's for loan closings and notarization of legal documents. I'm open to serving court notices and am a mobile notary. I'm currently residing in Denver Metro but am willing to travel within 1 1/2 hours of the city for Multiple Signings in the same area on the same day with a minimum of 2 days notice.
