I am an English/Spanish native speaker. I am well versed in the proper terminology for Buyers, Sellers, Wills and POA’s.
I have been trained by NNA & LSS so I’m well informed on documents. I will triple check all documents before returning them to ensure dates, signatures and initials as well as Notarial blocks are all properly filled out.

I understand the importance of deadlines. If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I am doing and fix it for you ASAP so no deadlines are missed.

I know all my FedEx and UPS drop off locations and their times. I will keep you informed throughout the whole process.
