It is why I double, and triple check my work to make sure there are no signatures, initials or notary stamps missing. I walk the borrower through all the closing documents to include the Closing Disclosure, Note, Closing Statement, Mortgage Deed, and Right to Cancel. If on a rare occasion an error is made, I will stop what I am are doing immediately and correct the mistake. I maintain constant communication with my client throughout the closing process.
