I am a loan officer and branch manager of a mortgage brokerage. I oversee all Colorado and New Mexico loans of our company.
The reason why I obtain the notary commission and become a loan signing agent is to help the non-English speaking client to fully understand the closing document and remove the language barrier when communicating to the notary. I can speak fluent Cantonese, Vietnamese, some Mandarin and of course English.
As a loan officer, I am confident that I am fully understand the closing document and can easily present it to the signers.
As a notary, I am new to this industry but I observe and attend a lot of closings of my clients. I also work closely with title/escrow company to check the signed closing package once it returned to the loan officer. Therefore, I am sure where the client needs to sign and won't miss any signatures.

I live in Thornton and work in Denver. So I can cover all the major cities/counties in Colorado, except for Colorado Springs.
