I am a lifelong Delaware resident and the Radiation Safety administrative assistant for a local hospital where I have been employed for over 14 years. I am a Liberty University Graduate as of July 2020.

My work history includes extensive customer service occupations in banking and as a AAA agent. I also have experience as a marketing representative, tax preparation, training/educating new hires, payroll, credit/lending, and various supervising roles.

*Service: With over 20 years of experience, I have served customers with various account inquiries including payment processing and dispute resolution. Due to my experience, I am familiar with working in high-volume customer service call centers.

*Technical Skills: Adept with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Capable of operating multiline telephone systems and proficient in learning new systems as required in fast paced environments.

*Key Strengths: Strong ability to develop relationships with peers and customers. Entrusted by management with highly confidential information such as personal finances and banking information. I am also organized, reliable, goal oriented, and hard-working. Adapt quickly to new and changing environments.

I joined the NNA and AAN to maintain my commission, remain updated, and have a constant support network accessible. I look forward to serving the New Castle, Kent, and Sussex communities.
