PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Commissioned as a Delaware Notary Public since 2000, I bring more than 25 years of experience, professionalism, and dependability to every assignment. As an NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent, I provide detail-focused mobile and remote online notarization services grounded in integrity, accuracy, and organization; punctuality and confidentiality; and exceptional client care.

INDIVIDUALIZED SUPPORT
My background as an educator distinguishes the signing experience I provide. I specialize in accommodation-conscious appointments for senior signers, signers in medical and care settings, and individuals who may benefit from support related to limited vision, fine-motor challenges, fatigue, attention, processing, or learning differences.

DIGNITY AT EVERY STEP
When appropriate and legally permitted, these supports are provided without interpreting document content, offering legal advice, or compromising the signer’s independence. This promotes a professional signing experience that protects the dignity of the signer and the integrity of the transaction.

MOBILE NOTARY AND SIGNING SERVICES
Available by appointment throughout Delaware at homes, offices, hospitals, medical and care facilities, local cafés, and other mutually agreed-upon locations. Appointments are available during weekday business hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Travel fees may apply based on distance.

ACCOMMODATION-CONSCIOUS APPOINTMENTS
Please advise me when scheduling if a signer may benefit from additional time, breaks, visual or fine-motor supports, reduced distractions, accessible positioning, or another reasonable accommodation. Advance notice allows me to reserve sufficient time and prepare appropriate supports while protecting the signer’s privacy, independence, and dignity.

24/7 REMOTE ONLINE NOTARIZATIONS
Secure remote online notarization appointments are available by appointment 24 hours a day, seven days a week. I also serve remotely located signers outside Delaware when permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

Participants generally need a reliable internet connection; a device with audio-video capability; a current, government-issued photo ID; and the complete documents to be notarized. Successful identity verification and other platform requirements will also apply.
