I am very knowledgeable and I meticulously go over each and every document to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out. I also triple check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly. If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I am doing and fix it for you ASAP. The documents will be returned promptly and on time as soon as the signing is complete (I know all my local FedEx drop off times) and I will keep you informed throughout the whole process.
