Hi, my name is Marcia Carroll, a commissioned Notary Public based in Washington, D.C. through March 31, 2030. I offer general notary services with a professional, reliable, and client-focused approach. My background includes over five years of administrative, customer service, and event coordination experience, which has sharpened my attention to detail, discretion, and efficiency.

I currently focus on in-person notarizations where clients provide their own documents, including:

Lease and tenant forms
Affidavits and acknowledgments
Employment and HR-related documents (I-9, verification forms)
Though I do not yet have a printer, I am actively working with clients who supply their own paperwork and am available for mobile notary appointments throughout Washington, D.C. I plan to expand into loan signings and remote services as I build my practice and acquire the necessary tools.
