Through my experience working as a Loan Signing Agent, I have gained the knowledge and understanding of a variety packages such as Refinance, Buyer, Seller, HELOC as well as Reverse mortgage packages. I am educated on how to properly guide a signer through their loan documents, to ensure each signature, initial and date is executed with precision. I understand the importance of triple checking the documents to ensure that they are adequately completed, especially because each package is time sensitive and required to be returned in a timely manner.
